We received this reference from a retired home inspector who had no skin in the game except for his expertise in a long career of inspecting homes. After work g with Jose and his team, I was very, very impressed. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, on time, and to a high degree of quality. They were very friendly and kind. They also made sure to clean their work space EVERY DAY. I was very happy with their service and professionalism.

They came on time. He did an excellent job he showed me pictures of before & after.  I didn't know squirrels could do so much damage. What makes them reasonable is they only do what needs to be done without having to replace the whole thing, which is more cost-effective for this time in most people can afford. I will recommend them to anyone,  for they help you get the job done without taking you to the bank.

This is our 2nd time using them and will never go with anyone else. They truly are Heaven Sent,  Griselda worked with us and got us all squared away and is so polite but is ruthless when she fights the insurance adjusters. Jose is a great person to talk to and trust on top of my roof! Will always have only one roofing company!!!

Please do yourself a favor and use Heaven Sent. I quoted 5 different roofers and Jose was the FIRST person to come to our door and point out repairs I never mentioned to him. He is also the first person who has ACTUALLY WORKED ON A ROOF. He knows what to look for. The other companies I had come over for a quote just sent a salesperson or the owner didn't work on roofs and just took a cut. Jose is the real deal.

Don't get me started on Griselda. She is so true to her word, gets everything scheduled in a timely manner (especially if it is an emergency) and makes sure you are taken care of.

We had a very tough leak that we couldn't figure out where it came from, even after the roof was completely redone. Jose and Griselda worked with us and came to our house more than 3 times to take a look at our roof. Jose came out in the rain to take a look for himself. Then came out at a later date to reseal and complete a water test. He figured out it was actually our window causing the leak. We have since replaced the window and haven't seen any water intrusion.

I also own a small business and Jose came out to repair drywall and put a water barrier along the wall. He did a great job.

All in all, I am a fairly thorough person that really looks into businesses before I commit or hand over any payment. I will continue to use Heaven Sent for our other rental properties, should the time come. I really can't thank them enough for being so patient and kind to us when we were living in a stressful water damaged home.

I always get at least 3 quotes whenever I do some kind of home repair and I always learn something different from each quote/person. Not only that I try to get a sense of that person/company and see who is honest and who doesn’t try to pull the wool over my eyes. This my very first roofing repair so needless to say I had zero experience coming in however I knew what I wanted. I wanted quality work. She gave me better understanding and helped my wife and I during this long process she is easy going and you can tell she is a people person. She is on the ball and on top of things. In other words she speaks plain English to where I could understand the roofing jargon. Her husband Jose. Was very professional and did a great job on my roof. They did not only do a great job on my roof him and his crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves. It’s like they were never here minus the roof of course. They truly were heaven sent. I highly recommend them and yes I would hire them twice on Sunday.

Exceptional work and great experience with Heaven Sent Roofing! I had bought a new house, and it needed significant work before it was move-in ready. For some time I had no success with engaging a contractor to help me. But Jose and Griselda were truly heaven sent; not only was my old roof replaced expertly, but practically the whole interior was remodeled to specification. From skillful demolition to creating entirely new full bathrooms and kitchen and even drywall, painting, and flooring installation; the dedication to excellence and craftsmanship was on display with every aspect of the endeavor. We used Heaven Sent company for a new roof, and to re-stucco, and paint our house. Jose, co-owner, & His crew were very pleasant, efficient, and work well together. They did a fantastic job!
